Hiring the Church building
St Chrysostom's School Choir
The church is especially suitable for musical concerts, and has been used for organ
recitals, University music society concerts etc. The acoustics of the building are excellent.

It is possible for other churches to hire the building for their worship, weddings etc.
Charges for hire vary according to the nature of the group hiring, and requirements.
There are special arrangements and rates for student / university groups, and concerts.
For one off private functions and other churches use: the Current Church Hire Charges below
Church Hire Charges
£80 for the first hour, and £40 for each subsequent hour.
A caretaker's attendance charge is also charged at £10 per hour.
In addition to the hire charge, we ask for a £50 bond which is returned at the end of the booking,
provided that the booking does not overrun and the church is left clean and tidy.
For Saturday weddings , it is usually possible to prepare church on Friday afternoon 2-4.30pm. (Additional charge of £40.)
There are special rates for student / university groups, and concerts.
Please note that a 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and the balance is due two weeks before the date booked.
The balance cannot be refunded once paid.

Hiring the Community Room
The community room is ideal for committee meetings, group meetings etc. It can seat up to
25 people. The room is equipped with a wide-screen TV with powerpoint/DVD connection.
WI-FI access is also available.
Community Room Hire Charges
£15/ hour, subject to a minimum of two hours.
